Single Point of Contact for Authorities in the EU
As required by Article 11 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), inquiries by the European Commission, EU Member States’ authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services regarding the application of the DSA to Learneo, Inc. The LanguageTool service is operated by Learneo’s affiliate, LanguageTooler GmbH, a German company. All other Learneo services subject to the DSA are operated by Learneo, Inc., a U.S. company. If you have a concern about user submitted content you encounter on a Learneo service, you may report it here.
Annual Transparency Report
As required by Article 15 of the DSA, Learneo will publish an annual transparency report on this page in February 2025.
Monthly Active Users in the EU
As required by Article 24(2) of the DSA, you can access the average monthly active recipients for Learneo online platforms every six months here.
Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement
In accordance with Article 21 of the DSA, you are entitled to select any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified by the Digital Services Coordinators of a EU Member State to resolve a dispute related to an action we’ve taken on your account or reported content on our service, including in relation to any appeals. The European Commission will maintain a website listing the available dispute settlement bodies. Decisions by out-of-court dispute settlement bodies are not binding on you or on Learneo.
